Landing on China is one part of the global retail strategy to show explicitly the development direction of the brand. The president and CEO of balenciaga claimed that 'We will expand our stores in China.In the current stage of the world, the Chinese market still proved to have excellent long-term growth potential.'She added:' In order to support our further development in this exciting market, we founded our own branches with local partner. In the next two years, we plan to open at least two shops.' Balenciaga currently has 26 direct sales stores globally, 17 agency stores in the world's most high-end retail stores. |
